BT777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Eligibility

To open and use a BT777 account, you must meet all of the following conditions without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or trustee for a third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.

2. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one BT777 account. This restriction applies per person, per household address, per shared device, and per IP address. If BT777 identifies multiple accounts connected to a single individual through any of these signals, all duplicate accounts will be closed and the balances in them forfeited.

When registering on BT777, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. This information is used to verify your identity and to process payments through local channels including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and IBFT. Inaccurate information that causes payment failures or identity verification failures is the account holder's responsibility.

You are responsible for keeping your registered contact details current. If your mobile number changes, update it immediately through your BT777 account settings or by contacting support. BT777 is not liable for missed notifications or failed payment verifications resulting from outdated contact information.

• Accounts cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to another person under any circumstances.
• Playing on behalf of another person using your BT777 account is prohibited.

3. Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your BT777 login credentials. This includes your password, one-time passcodes sent to your registered mobile number, and any authentication tokens used to access your account.

BT777 will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or phone call. If you receive any communication claiming to be from BT777 and asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.

4. Deposits

BT777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The minimum deposit is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers and card payments. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts.

Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. Deposits from international cards or payment sources not listed here are not accepted and will be returned minus any processing fees charged by the originating bank.

• All deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name that match your BT777 account details.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else's payment account is used to fund your BT777 balance — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• BT777 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees charged are levied by your payment provider, not by BT777.
• Deposits that fail due to incorrect payment details or insufficient wallet balance are not the responsibility of BT777.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from BT777 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no withdrawal fee charged by BT777 on any channel.

BT777 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within 2–5 minutes of approval. SadaPay and NayaPay withdrawals arrive within 5–15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers take 30 minutes to a few hours depending on the receiving bank. Visa/Mastercard refunds take 1–3 business days depending on the card-issuing bank.

• BT777 may request identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above a certain threshold. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and is not a reflection of any wrongdoing on the player's part.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts registered in your own name. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.

• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or miscalculated odds — players who discover such an issue must report it to support immediately and must not continue placing bets that take advantage of it.

• Chargebacks — disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider after a deposit has been used for gambling on BT777. Accounts that initiate unjustified chargebacks will be suspended immediately.
• Coordinated play with other accounts for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or abusing promotions, including collusion in poker games.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your BT777 account or any part of your balance to another person.
• Using BT777 services for any commercial purpose without explicit written agreement from BT777 management.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

BT777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including — but not limited to — cases where:

• The account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions in any material way.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected on the account.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder.
• BT777 is required to close the account due to legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations.

In cases of account suspension due to investigation, BT777 will communicate with the account holder through their registered contact details. If the investigation concludes with no finding of wrongdoing, the account will be restored and any withheld balance returned. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, BT777 may forfeit the balance and permanently ban the account.

Account holders who wish to voluntarily close their own BT777 account may do so at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the BT777 platform — including but not limited to the BT777 name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of BT777 or its licensed partners. No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without explicit prior written permission from BT777.

11. Limitation of Liability
